Job Description


The Patient Experience Team is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly coordinator to assist in the efficient running of the Trusts Volunteer Services.

This small and busy department focuses on the recruitment and coordination of the Trusts volunteers to ensure that the service meets the needs of the organisation and the patients that it serves. A key part of the role will be to support the Trust volunteers making them feel valued, and that they are recruited into suitable volunteer roles.
Due to the nature of the department you must be well organised, be able to work off your own initiative and be flexible in meeting the needs of the Patient Experience Team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Recruitment of volunteers
Ensure volunteers have appropriate training
Link with internal departments and external organisations
