Technical Support Administrator
Monday - Friday
Our client, a multinational property company based in South Leeds are seeking a Technical Support individual to provide support within fire and security systems to a national client. You will receive and respond to queries, regarding faults and breakdowns resolving issues where possible by fault finding and guiding customers or dialling into the security systems to diagnose the faults.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing first point of contact for incoming queries over the phone and via email regarding issues related to fire and security for the client
* Logging jobs onto relevant in house systems, ensuring it is kept up to date
* Running diagnostics on alarm systems to diagnose and resolved faults
* Running remote planned maintenance of all alarm systems
* Locating suitable engineers and sub contractors for the works to be complete
* Allocating jobs for engineers and sub contractors
* Ordering parts for engineers
* Raising PO numbers and processing invoices
* Responding to email messages for customers seeking help
* All other associated administration as required by the role
* Key Skills:
Ideally you will have experience within the fire and security industry but this is not essential
* Excellent IT skills a technical mind or interest
* Ability to communicate at all levels, with an excellent customer approach
* Confident and able to use initiative
