As a Team Member, you'll become part of a small friendly team who support two outgoing, chatty and fun-loving ladies within their own homes.

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be supporting the ladies with their day to day needs which involve personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.

You'll also support the ladies with their hobbies & interests too which include music and movies (especially Disney), arts & crafts, baking, days out and attending social clubs when restrictions are lifted. As routines and activities are different at this present time, we're looking for you to bring a creative, fun approach to activities that are happening within the house and garden too.

Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need; we'll even support you to gain your SVQ qualification too! All we'll need you to bring is:-

* Great listening and communication skills
* An outgoing, warm and bubbly personality
* Patience
* A positive approach to learning
* Confidence in the use of technology
* The ability to cook (baking would be a bonus too)

We're dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, so shift patterns do include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

A job at Cornerstone is more than just a job. You'll make a difference every day, be part of a great team, learn lots of new skills and be encouraged and inspired to reach your potential. What are you waiting for? Apply today! We'd love to hear from you.
