Calling all Administrators with strong Customer Service skills!

We have a cracking opportunity for someone to join a fast paced team in Central Slough, providing support within the scheduling team.

You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience within an Administrative role and that you have excellent customer service skills.

Key duties include:

  • Logging calls

  • Liaising with Engineers and Contractors to receive ETAs for callouts

  • Liaising with clients, providing ETAs and updates

  • Follow progress of calls/callouts through to closure

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Sending information to Engineers

  • Overseeing Engineer’s reports, ensuring they are completed correctly

  • Ensuring Engineer’s timesheets are in on time

  • Typing quotations, post, memos, holiday forms

  • Management of uniform and tool allocation

  • Administration of Certificates, renewal dates

Experience and skills required:

  • Good typing skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills

  • Over 1 years’ experience within an admin role

Excellent hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and 8am - 4pm.
