NHS Lanarkshire are looking for a Registered Radiographer with valid HCPC Registration to become a Lead Radiographer for one or more highly specialised Radiographic imaging modalities with associated managerial responsibility for Radiographic staff, resources and a devolved budget. The sucessful candidate will be required to support the Deputy Radiology Service Manager and Clinical Director in meeting operational and strategic targets, and improving the quality of patient care within the Radiology Speciality.

They will need to care for the needs and welfare of every patient and carry out a wide range of radiographic procedures using a variety of specialised equipment. Multi task between one highly specialist modality and another with frequent interruptions for advice/information on any aspect of the services provided. Maintain accurate patient records by input of accurate information to reflect the service provided and meet professional standards.
