Delivering a great rail experience to over 97 million customers takes a great team - and this is your chance to join them, as a Great Westerner working frontline in a busy and demanding railway station, in a highly visible role where you'll take responsibility for the safe dispatching of our trains, in and out of busy platforms.  

Join us as a Service Delivery Assistant and you'll be at the heart of our world class customer service - keeping customers informed about any service disruption, helping them with any questions and queries, all-in-all playing an integral part in our station team and smooth-running operation. 

You'll already have exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to make decisions within rules and regulations, working both independently and as part of a team.  With a flexible approach, you'll be willing to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

As part of the recruitment process, you'll be expected to undertake an on-line Situational Judgement Test and if short listed, an ability test and a competency based interview.

Salary: £25507 per annum.
