Our client, a global name in fintech providing a range of ethical investment and data services around the world. They combine data and AI to deliver sustainable, transparent financial solutions for a changing world by applying cutting-edge scientific research in sustainability with state-of-the-art machine learning and data engineering techniques.
Currently they are looking to expand their world leading team of developers, based from their offices in London.

We are looking for software engineers, expert level with Python or Golang to join this exceptional team as they continue down the path of excellence.

What you'll do:

*Plan, architect, develop, test, deploy and maintain web applications and services.
*Transform complex design and UX requirements into well-tuned applications.
*Lead technical projects across teams.
*Become a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional team and contribute to growing the skills and knowledge of your peers.
*Work with product owners, researchers and designers to ensure we deliver the maximum value to customers.

Who you are:

*You have a strong computer science and programming fundamentals.
*You are an experienced technical leader or at the verge of becoming one.
*You have a deep understanding of user experience, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
*You care about quality and details and you know what it means to ship high-quality code that is easy to maintain and extend.
*You have strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and a desire to pick up more. We work primarily in Angular and Typescript, but also with JavaScript, Golang and Python

What you could work on:

*The front-end applications of our sustainability data platforms and tools
*Data applications spanning financial and non-financial information powering value-driven decision making.
*Cutting edge insights platform which enables our clients to improve their sustainability performance and practices.

In Return:

*£80,000 - £110,000 pa. + Excellent Bonus / Benefits.
