This role leads the delivery of a range of projects across marketing & analytics workstream, within the digital programme team to ensure successful delivery through the definition, design and implementation, to help aid the realisation of the Dixons Carphone strategic vision. Working in partnership with the Online Marketing, Online Analytics, Data, Brand, Transformation Office and wider business functions, acting as a digital & change ambassador.

The Role

  • Manage and lead the development and execution of the Marketing & Analytics workstream. Delivering change projects to help realise the key capability requirements of the DCG strategy, with a 1 to 3 year delivery horizon
  • Facilitate the formation of the Marketing & Analytics workstream 3 year plan and 1 year roadmap in line with the DC, Digital and Marketing & Analytics Strategy, embracing innovation, digital market trends and partnerships
  • Manage ideas through from conception, to gaining c-board level buy-in, to delivery & embedding the change into business as usual
  • Work in collaboration with project sponsors, business owners and key stakeholders within the business
  • Lead complex cross-functional change into the organisation through the application of ‘best in class’ project, programme and change management
  • Own senior project stakeholder relationships and engage the business more broadly with project communications
  • Develop high performing project teams, with good knowledge management, who work in collaboration with the business
  • Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their workstream & projects
  • Co-ordinate the definition and delivery of detailed business requirements through collaboration with the business, IT and other 3rd parties
  • Take ownership for key project deliverables 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Digital


Experience

  • 4+ yrs project or programme management
  • Experience performing a similar role within a major FTSE 100 organisation or comparable organisation, or has experience of delivering the requirements of this role across multiple clients as a member of a top tier professional services (consulting) firm
  • Strong Marketing & Analytics Knowledge
  • Expert knowledge and experience of relevant project management methodologies, development life cycles e.g. Waterfall, Agile and Continuous Improvement.
