The successful Senior Commercial Director will be based from their Home Counties offices daily; your role involves managing a portfolio of national accounts in the Top 4 Grocery sector as well as licensee groups, getting involved with NPD, price negotiations, revenue and forecasting analysis as well as writing detailed JBPs. With an assistant Business Manager reporting to you, this is a fabulous opportunity to join a market leading organisation which is continually evolving to suit customer demand.
The Company: With over four decades of industry experience behind them, this very well-known organisation is now looking to recruit a new Senior Commercial Director to join their team. Producing a wide range of healthy food products, they hold market leading status and operate globally, with over 20 countries Internationally benefiting from their award-winning products.
For this Senior Commercial Director position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- You will be working at NAM level currently as a minimum and also have people management experience
- Any NPD experience is a bonus and you must be able to deal at a senior level with gravitas
- A track record of managing national accounts in the Grocery multiples space is essential
- Energetic, driven and professional candidates with a strong commercial acumen
