Our School and College Leaver programme
A position on our School and college leaver programme is one of the best ways of jumping into a career with PwC early. You'll learn and develop the specialist skills our clients look for and value most and study towards a professional qualification, with support from us all the way.
Compliance Operations
Our Compliance Operations team works with global clients to test and monitor compliance across a wide range of regulatory, technology and operational risk areas. Our team supports many of the firm’s leading clients, largely within the banking and financial services sector, on a wide range of global and complex audit engagements.
Our Compliance Operations Team focuses on Assurance Controls Testing, Compliance Testing & Monitoring, Technology Risk Compliance and Regulatory Compliance, providing specialist process and controls support to all business units across our UK firm.
Compliance Operations provides specialist knowledge and expertise to help our global clients manage multiple projects, implementing and deliver solutions, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll gain
You'll develop technical and business skills through studying towards the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting & Business (CFAB) professional qualification. Through this you'll develop a formal understanding of business and develop data analysis and research expertise. Along the way, you'll also learn through doing, building your communication, relationships, project management and personal skills.
What you need to get in
- You'll need to have or be on course for 112 UCAS tariff* (or equivalent)
- You'll need to have a Grade C or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
*from up to three A Levels (excluding General Studies) or equivalent, taken in the same academic year and achieved at first sitting
Please note - due to the start date of Spring 2021, you will already need to have completed your A-levels or equivalent to apply to this position.
If you have a degree, you may find our graduate opportunities more appropriate. Having a degree does not lead to faster progression through this programme.
