We are seeking to add an experienced sales and business development professional to join our team in London to focus on the training solutions service line. Working within an established high-performing sales team, the role will focus on driving sales across the UK and the European region to existing and new clients.
This role involves developing new business relationships, account management, incoming lead conversion, sales planning, client meetings and connecting the dots to find new opportunities. This role will also support the organising, planning and internal consultations around schedules, negotiations and resourcing.

Person Specification
You are smart and able to create new opportunities to build our client base. You are commercially astute and have experience in managing relationships. You understand the value of interacting with your existing clients to ensure we both continue to thrive.
You will have experience in sales, preferably from a professional services environment. You know how to communicate with and manage a broad client base located across many locations. You have an interest in global affairs and feel passionate about playing a part in enabling exciting, high-profile projects. You know how to work with different internal teams to reach a common goal. You take pride in seeing the development of our partners and sharing their success. You celebrate individual and team victories. You can build, develop and extend a network of tier one business clients.
Is this role for you?
Based in our new London office, but covering the entire EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, the role is primarily phone and email based. It will require face to face interaction with local clients and as such, you need to be a great communicator and well presented.
To be considered for this role, you will also need:
• Previous sales experience
• Experience of meeting activity and sales budgets
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact easily with internal teams and external partners
• Previous experience of working with a CRM, such as Salesforce
• A results driven mentality
• A pro-active attitude and a desire to be the best you can be
• Competency in languages other than English will be well regarded
