Job Description:

We’re looking for someone to join our rapidly expanding sales team. This isn’t like any other sales job. There’s be no pushy sales managers. You’re not based in a stuffy call centre. You’re based at our vibrant WeWork Central London HQ, right at the heart of where all the big decisions are made, and where you’ll be surrounded by like-minded creative professionals.

You’ll be dealing with incoming and outgoing calls. But more than this, you’ll be building bonds, providing advice and sealing the deal. Your job is to make sure our customers get the car they want, and the service they deserve. You’ll also work closely with the marketing, content, and sourcing teams to make recommendations on how to make the Carspring brand even stronger. In this role, there’ll be plenty of opportunities for personal development through experiencing all the different elements of the business and potentially being incorporated into these elements of the business further along the line.

You have a confident, ‘can-do’ attitude.

You have an interest in entrepreneurship & start-ups, and a desire to learn about how a business works from the foundations up.

You’re native, or fluent, in the English Language.

You’re reliable, creative, and organised, with great attention to detail.

You feel comfortable handling different and multiple tasks on a daily basis.
A passion for, and knowledge of, cars.

Experience in a sales-based role, with the desire to expand your skillset to areas such as marketing and business development.

You’ll be right at the heart of the business, gaining a foothold in a rapidly expanding startup company. You’ll play a vital role in taking the company to the next level.

Full-time, and 3-month Internship roles available, dependant upon experience.

Quick progression through the company and opportunities to acquire new skills.
