A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & HR Officer to join the team at Bridgend College.

Bridgend College employs over 700 people. Last year we recruited over 120 new hires and are currently in the process of transforming our approach to recruitment and onboarding. This is where you come in.
The role of Recruitment and HR Officer is a new role within the HR Team and forms a critical part of the function by ensuring that the College’s external recruitment of employees is managed effectively. As a growing and thriving employer this role is diverse in nature and will evolve as the department and College continue to develop.
The successful recruit will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, will have strong communication skills and significant administrative experience. The ability to maintain HR systems and participate in recruitment related HR projects and wider HR initiatives is also required.

The sickness pay scheme provides allowances based on length of service, with a maximum of 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay after 5 complete years’ service.
