Office Assistant/ Reception for Top Private Charity
Our client, a private charity focusing on supporting Africa’s citizens, is looking for an efficient and organised office assistant/ receptionist to come and work within their small administration team. You will be the first point of contact in the office, meet and greeting visitors, keeping on top of all office supplies, booking meeting rooms, making sure of the smooth running of the office day to day, assisting with booking travel and the opportunity to get involved with organising the charity’s events! The current employee is going out to Africa to assist with the event.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, have strong inter-personal skills, a willingness to learn and not be afraid to muck-in. You will have a keen interest to work for a charity and office administrative, front of house experience is essential.
