Receptionist & Administrator

Salary - £16,000

Based in Sheffield City Centre

Monday - Friday

My client a leading Estate Agent based in Sheffield have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team!

This role requires someone who can work in a busy buzzing environment, be self-motivated, with an organised personality.
As a receptionist you would be the first point of contact for employees and potential clients, and are always representing the company.

Daily tasks will involve:

Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meetings
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post

Must be:

Well-organised
Friendly and polite
Efficient
Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
Self-motivated
Good with computer systems
Have polished communication skills
