Job Description

Our client, a financial services company based in stunning offices in the City, are seeking a first class Receptionist! As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, you will be expected to manage the flow of people through the busy reception area and ensure that all associated responsibilities are completed efficiently.

  • Welcoming guests by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening and forwarding all incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Organising all outgoing mail and couriers
  • Arranging teas/coffees/lunches for meetings where appropriate
  • Maintain the meeting room calendars ensuring that any schedule meetings/appointments run smoothly and on time
  • Ordering stationery and supplies as necessary
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties as required
