St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including In-Patient Care, Day Hospice and Community Care. We are currently looking for a:-

Role: Practice Development Nurse

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,840 - £38,670 - Dependent on experience/qualifications and fit with profile.

Location: St. Barnabas House, Worthing – West Sussex

Are you a Nurse who is keen to develop patient care through improving practice.

Are you a natural coach and team player looking for ways to guide and assist others in developing themselves.

Are you highly organised and able to plan and manage the development needs of our dedicated

nurses.

Are you someone who embodies and enthuses about everyone improving their ability to provide care for patients.

This may be the role for you.

Do you believe we should develop people to be the best they can be!

Are you passionate about maintaining the highest levels of knowledge, skills and competencies. Then you are the Practice Development Nurse we are looking for to be responsible for developing and delivering clinical end of life care education to our nurses to develop and enhance our patient care.

Closing date: Friday 29th September September

Interviews to take place week beginning: 9th October 2017

An enhanced DBS will be sought, if you are successful in this role. (Safeguarding)
