Job Description

Outsource UK are currently working with a Finance company who are seeking a PMO Administrator for a position based in Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities for the PMO Administrator:

  • Maintain the company Project Engagement Request
  • Tracking new work requests from customers, quality checking content, collate responses containing costs and effort.
  • A consolidated response is then returned to the customer within an agreed SLA and tracked for confirmation of funding,mobilisation and demand purposes.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Finance is required
  • Validate new requests on arrival querying technical and financial aspects.
  • Validate the financial aspect of the estimation and provide the final checkout before sharing it with the business.
  • Engage with the technical teams and coordinate the infrastructure tasks required in order to build the infrastructure required for each project.
  • Multidisciplinary team formed by Architects, EUT Experts and Admin PMO

Skills Required:

  • Strong skills using MS Excel and other Microsoft Programs
  • Extensive experience working in Governance and PMO
  • Knowledge using JIRA
  • Project Management skills
  • Ticket resolution experience
  • Previously worked in the Financial/Banking sector
