Job Description

Blue Arrow are delighted to be working with our client, based in Bellshill, to recruit for outbound sales advisers who thrive in a sales environment but who are also passionate about providing excellent customer service on all calls.
As this is an outbound sales role, you will be comfortable with calling customers and clients alike and be confident in overcoming objectives. Your role will include:
* Calling new and previous customers about the clients services and products
* Arranging appointments for the field sales executives
* Ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service
* Account management of new customers brought on
Although outbound sales experience would be preferred, this is not necessary. The client will consider candidates who have the right attitude along with the drive and determination to succeed within this role.
The role will initially be for a minimum of 2 - 3 months, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidates.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm with no weekend work involved. Salary will be dependent on experience, with very competitive rates of pay on offer.
