  • Post 1: Fixed term for one year.
  • Post 2: Permanent.

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Office for Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct (OSACC).

Working in a small, fast-paced team the OSACC Adviser is responsible for:
• administration of student cases relating to appeals
• academic misconduct
• fitness to study
• fitness to practise
• complaints and discipline.

You will be able to demonstrate high-level administrative skills including the ability to investigate and collate complex information and will have an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for providing operational support and training to staff, and professional advice to staff and students ensuring the University complies with its own processes and external regulations.

You should enjoy working in a fast-paced student-focussed environment, demonstrating flexibility, accuracy under pressure, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people.
