Project Practice is excited to announce a fantastic permanent opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with a Challenger Mortgage Lender. You will be a key player in a growing team and will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver end to end projects and support the company's business and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
• End to end project delivery – full lifecycle and test lifecycle
• Work with stakeholders to capture business requirements
• Conduct process reviews and help improving processes
• Manage changes with the suppliers and third party / vendor management for project deliverables
• Manage BAU and change requests effectively
• Provide support and define business analysis process development
• Help define the transformation of systems
• Help brings new systems / innovation into the organisation through business analysis
• Document business requirements and 'to be' processes
• Risk assessment for various business solutions
• Work on competing business demands
• Conduct project feasibility analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Successfully co–ordinate project delivery
• Align technology to business requirements and vice–versa

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Methodologies

Desired Experience:
• Experience / knowledge in Mortgages / Lending is required
• Experience in Operations or Underwriting Business Analysis would be ideal
• Should have worked as a change business analyst
• Should be able to effectively communicate with and engage key stakeholders
• Process mapping experience along with streamlining / automating processes
