Description:
 

We are currently seeking a motivated, flexible, and organised person to join our friendly reception/admin team. Low Waters Medical Centre is a medium sized training practice with a patient list of just over 7500 patients. We have 4 GP Partners and 11 Clinical and administrative staff along with an expanding multi-disciplinary team. Applicants must be computer literate, knowledge of GP based IT systems such as VISION and Docman is desirable but training can be provided. An excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential. A friendly and approachable manner is required as the receptionist role expands to include signposting patients to the correct service while maintaining confidentiality at all times. The work can be fast paced and the successful applicant should be able to remain calm under pressure. The post will be for up to 30 hours per week with flexibility to work more hours when required to cover holiday and sick leave. There will be a 6 month probationary period.
