JOB TITLELearner Support Assistant

HOURS: Various hours available

SALARY: £9.77 - £9.80 per/hour

LOCATION: Bexleyheath/Erith/Sidcup

Learning & Enterprise College Bexley is a large community learning and skills provider and Bexley Council’s main provider of adult learning, providing courses, guidance and support to over 5000 students and over 9000 enrolments. The College offers over 1000 part-time courses across the borough including learning programmes from 44 outreach venues including schools and community centres and we are constantly reviewing and expanding our programme.  

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and well organised Learner Support Assistants who will support the teaching and learning of students across the college.

The post does not have set working hours but, you will be required to undertake work made available to you during service delivery periods.

Applicants should have experience of working with or supporting people with multiple and complex needs.  We are willing to support people if they are the right candidate.

You must also hold:

·         A minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths (Maths and English screening tests will be completed at interview)
