The opportunity

Unlike many recruitment schemes, Katie Bard allows graduates to learn the intricacies behind a consultant’s role prior to starting on a desk. With a high proportion of our most successful leaders advancing their careers through this scheme, it offers an exciting route to becoming an established recruitment consultant.

Initially an Operations Coordinator, you will be tasked with:

·Managing the busy reception area.
·Operating the switchboard and transferring important calls.
·Ensuring candidates and clients are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
·Registering candidates face to face and chasing up any documentation.
·Creating monthly reports and projects.
·Coordinating the interview rooms and supporting the consultants.
·Undertaking recruitment tasks such as CV mining and sourcing leads.
·Assisting in networking events, seminars and the annual Temp of the Year Awards.
