We are looking to recruit a Community Diabetes Nurse Specialist, Band 6 to work across Aberdeen City and Shire as part of the Grampian Diabetes Nursing Team. The role includes responsibility for a mixed caseload including people with Type 1, Complex Type 2 and other types of Diabetes but also supporting / educating other healthcare professionals on diabetes and its management.


This post is 22.5 hours per week flexible cover that will include the occasional evenings.


The ability to work as both part of a team and autonomously is essential, as our team of highly innovative and motivated individuals deliver diabetes care in Grampian. This opportunity will be rewarding as there are many challenges ahead.
