Graduate Recruitment Resourcers

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + commission + career progression

Location: Islington, London

Start date: Flexible start dates available

Closing date: Tuesday 10th October 2017

Central Recruitment is looking to recruit a number of high-achieving, dynamic graduates to join a busy specialist recruitment team. The successful candidate will receive 8 weeks of initial training and a personalised career progression plan.

Our Resourcers play a key supportive role in the day to day running of all aspects of the recruitment team’s worker attraction strategy, which includes: advertising, marketing & maximising our social media presence, compliance management, CV assessments, candidate telephone assessments, face to face interviews and supporting the Recruitment Consultants.

Core skills required:

  • Educated to degree level or above
  • Previous work experience, ideally within administration
  • Strong communicator – verbal and written with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills including experience with databases and the office suite
  • Ability to think on your feet, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships
  • Natural forward planner
