SALARY: £19000-£20000 per annum depending on experience & up to 20% bonus

-Drives the success of Fogg`s Restaurant & Bar in Edinburgh and responsible for the guest experience from welcome to departure.
- Behaves and acts (as a manager) in an exemplary fashion, embodying the ibis brand and ibis mind-set.
-Carries out and coordinates the organisation, preparation, production and presentation on the floor.
-Manages all floor personnel (approx. 15 TMs) and adapts management practices to the brand culture, working methods, communications, recruitment etc.
-Helps employees to improve skills and provides support for career development.
-Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a great working atmosphere.
-Has a very hands-on approach Needs to show presence and seen as the face and brains of the Restaurant.
