The Advice and Guidance Assistants provide support to employees, managers and the rest of the team in all areas relating to the employment relationship, including sickness absence, family leave, employee benefits, job evaluation and policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in HR.
You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, go the extra mile and support co-workers where possible. Team work is extremely important to us to ensure that we provide a positive experience to employees and managers.
The successful candidates will have good IT skills, along with strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
