Document Controller/Site Administrator/Site Secretary

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex

Contract type: Temporary

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 18 Months

Salary/Rate: £10 - 14 per hour

Full Time Hours: 8am to 5pm, 3 days per week

Are you organised and reliable with admin experience? We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller/Administrator for a full time role based in Sittingbourne.

The Role:

You will be managing document control and an online system.

General Administration -

* Organizing various communications
* Information management
* Collate information
* IT skills, organizational skills

You must have:

* Document Controller/Site Secretary experience
* Good communication skills
* IT skills and working knowledge of online systems
* knowledge of 4 Projects software (4P)
* Experience working within construction

Experience working with an M&E Contractor will be preferable.
