£20,000 - £25,000 + bonus + pension + 20% discount + benefits

Enjoying plenty of variety, high levels of responsibility and lots of cross-team collaboration, you’ll work brilliantly together with your team to provide all of our customers with a great experience. No two days will be the same, as you solve problems, take calculated risks and make informed decisions to grow our business. You’ll be at the heart of everything, stretching and developing your team, making plans for key trading days and looking at customer and financial data to spot new opportunities.

 

With the drive to stay at the top of your game and the ability to encourage all those around you to do the same, you must care about doing the right thing for our customers, colleagues and business. Always positive, whatever the challenge, you’ll ask the right questions, so you can explore new solutions and help us do things even better. Someone who takes responsibility for getting things done, you should be able to create an environment where everyone rallies as one team and shares information and ideas. You’ll also need the flexibility to cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
