Job Description

An Apprenticeship with Krizevac Project is a great way to learn while you earn. You will receive technical training, an experienced mentor and a recognised qualification at the end of year one. While you are learning about all aspects of bicycle mechanics, you will also develop your team working and organisational skills by being part of our busy warehouse environment.

Krizevac Project is a charity with projects in Malawi, Africa. We renovate donated bikes to sell in the UK, the funds raised pay for us to send more bikes to Africa.

You’ll be a crucial part of all aspects of the charity work, everything from loading containers, to building bikes to a professional standard.

Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Stripping old bikes
  • Cleaning and sorting bike spares
  • Checking donated bikes and assessing suitability
  • Building up bikes ready for sale
  • Assisting in all aspects of keeping an organised and tidy work environment
  • Helping our team of volunteers to load shipping containers of bikes and other items for Africa
