Due to continued success we are delighted to be recruiting again for our client, a UK wide distribution organisation with offices in Mallusk.

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Customer Service Advisor to join their small team of professionals. This is a unique environment and the Advisor will need to be happy in a highly ethical, fast paced but relaxed environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Advisor this will be a office/ small contact center typed environment which focuses on providing a high level of customer care to its growing Market within the engineering sector. The Customer Advisor will deal with customer enquiries and process orders so attention to detail and ability to multi task whilst working to deadlines are essential.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous telephone based experience in a fast paced customer care role.
  • Previous experience using a CRM and Accounts based software systems such as SAGE.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible.
  • Positive and highly customer service focused.
  • Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • Previous experience using outlook and word.
  • Previous experience of a Trade or DIY environment (Trade Counter, Plumbing supplier, home improvement supplier) would be beneficial.

As a Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate can expect a salary between £18,000 - £22,000 pro rata depending on experience as well as bonus, company benefits and great holidays.

Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Due to location, own transport would be advisable.
