Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

An NSI Gold Approved company, specialising in the installation and maintenance of Intruder, Fire and CCTV systems is looking to recruit a professional individual with excellent communication skills, has the ability to solve problems, handle inbound calls, is IT literate, is able to work effectively as part of a team but also possess good initiative and the ability to be self-sufficient.

Full Time - Customer Service Administrator

Daily check of switchboard answerphone

Daily Downloads

Booking of Service Calls

Remote Technical Support

1st Line Technical support to customers

Processing Keyholder changes

Customers on/off test ARC

Updating ARC records

URN application and administration

Customer Complaints/queries

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers

Weekly testing of on-site fire alarm and emergency lighting

Fortnightly testing of electric backup generator

Vehicle Maintenance scheduling

Cherry Picker maintenance scheduling

Processing Stock returns

Receiving and unpacking of stock

Issuing stock to engineers

Printing hard copy of next day work schedule

Dispatching jobs to engineers

The ideal candidate should;
* Exceptional communication skills
* Good IT, writing and presentation skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* The ability to work well and maintain credibility with all levels of the organisation
* Must be able to work independently and enthusiastically
