Customer Experience Representative - Coventry - 8.44ph

If you are looking for an opportunity to develop and progress in an exciting team, then our Customer Support Centre could be just the place for you. We are now looking for Customer Experience Consultants with the right personality, hunger and attitude to work in a fast paced environment which aims to give our customers the best experience at all times.
Saint-Gobain are looking for fun, customer-focused telephone operators to collect feedback on our service we have given to our customers
As Customer Experience Consultants you will gain customer feedback and build strong relationships with customers and other members of the Team in order to develop and deliver excellent customer service across Jewson and other SGBD brands.
To give our customers the best support possible we need to be contactable at all times as this is a fully flexible working environment. Our office opening hours are from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday so you'll be working on a rotational shift pattern.
The working environment is incredibly unique and open which includes hot desking on a variety of desks including medicine balls, music playing in the background, flooring and walking treadmills!
As part of the next stage of the process, we will be conducting a short Video Interview exercise.
