Job Description

My client is a logistics/distribution company based in Uddingston. Due to a new contract win they require a temporary Customer Experience Executive to join their busy Customer Service Team.
You will be responsible for predominantly managing the customer experience, supported by an experienced member of the team.
Queries will be generated by phone or email and you will take ownership for investigating any unusual tracking events, potential reasons to delays etc & then feeding back & resolving with the customer.
All communication and data is recorded on the internal CRM system & then distribute updates with other business areas,
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have great customer service experience (phone and email) and be comfortable navigating through systems and questioning anything that appears unusual to ascertain the root cause.
This is a very busy role so you will need to be proactive, organised and self efficient.
This role will be starting end of May and will be a rolling contract with a view to permanent if the business continues.
