Working Times Between 6:00pm and 06:00am
Shift Pattern 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
Working Hours per Week 40.3 hours
Pay Rate £9.55 per hour

The main purpose of this role is to ensure customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Bristol Airport. To operate in a customer facing manner and undertake regular planned tasks as well as reactive services where necessary.

Main Duties:

  • Provides a positive first impression to every passenger through a warm welcoming greeting; always maintains a spotless and professional image.
  • Nurtures a memorable connection with every passenger by remaining fully engaged through completion of service leaving a positive last impression.
  • Ensures excellent customer service is shown to every passenger in every passenger interaction whilst adhering to SSOW.
  • Observes passengers to identify needs and adjusts service accordingly.
  • Is always approachable and helpful when dealing with customers.
  • Accurately records passenger journeys into the AVTECH system.
  • Assists at the podium and Landside desk as required.
  • Actively assists passengers with their hand baggage on to and off of the aircraft and also hold luggage from baggage reclaim.
