An opportunity has arisen for a full time business support manager to oversee the teams listed below within our service area. You will have responsibility for the supervision of business support officers and development of the team and will support the smooth operation of the Education and Learning Partnership Board, Schools Forum as well as working with senior leadership colleagues in developing services to our schools and settings that are dynamic, creative, fit for purpose and customer focussed.

Learning Service Business Support Team - Provide support for senior officers, and for the Kirklees Learning Partners. Provide support for Early Years setting and providers. Develop and support the business of the Education and Learning Partnership Board and Schools Forum. Support communications via Heads Up!, the communication tool for Headteachers, maintain LMS, Business Solutions website and the NEXUS system which supports the work of the KLPs. Work in Partnership with schools to provide our services.

Kirklees Supply Service (KSS) recruits Teachers, Exam Invigilators, Business Support Assistants, Nursery Officers and Educational teaching assistants on to a register of Supply Staff and provides a one-stop service to schools to make a single telephone call in the event of them needing supply cover.

KSS operating time is between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mondays to Thursdays and 5.00pm on Fridays during term time and open normal office hours during school holidays.
