Business Analyst, Finance Change, IFRS, Insurance

£40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package


Business Analyst, Insurance, Financial Services, IFRS 17, International Financial Reporting Standard, Insurance Contracts, Process Analysis, Finance Change, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Stakeholder Management.

A global Insurance organisation are currently seeking a change and process focused Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in Hove. The role will focus on IFRS 17 and requires previous experience across Financial Reporting, Finance Change or IFRS. The role requires previous financial services experience and demonstrable ability to identify and manage senior project stakeholders.

£40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

* Excellent experience working as a Business Analyst in a global organisation

* Experience working in a financial services organisation, ideally including knowledge of insurance.

* Excellent knowledge of the change lifecycle and a robust understanding of business change

* Experience working in finance change and demonstrable working knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS.

* Confidence to work closely with experienced accountants and actuaries.

* Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including business users and project sponsors.

* Experience of business process improvement and identifying options for business efficiency.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
