As a Business Analyst, you will assist with the successful delivery of a wide range of projects and change initiatives.
Working closely with the IT Department, Project Managers and other areas of the business, you will help to define business propositions, as well as providing gap and impact analysis.
You will gather and capture all functional and non-functional requirements and help to communicate finalised requirements to the Project Team.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
– Liaising with the Test Manager to ensure that a rigorous test plan is in place
– Helping colleagues to determine business requirements, create test scripts and implement task lists
– Providing business analysis for change requests
– Contributing to the development of business analysis procedural documentation

To be considered, you will need:
– At least five years’ experience in a business analysis role
– Experience of gathering requirements for internal, B2B and B2C projects to create functional specifications
– Previous experience of data interrogation, creating gap analyses, impact analyses, test scripts and other analysis products
– Financial services experience
– An undergraduate degree and/or a qualification in business analysis

Highly motivated and resourceful, as a Business Analyst, you’ll be a confident communicator with strong presentation skills. Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach, you’ll also be able to handle issues in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
