Job Description

You will be the first point of voice/face for GEDA Construction therefore it is of the utmost importance that people communication with us see a tidy, clean and inviting environment and the first person they see is professional, courteous and helpful.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Open and date stamp all correspondence
  • Typing
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to all messages
  • Doing messages (including ordering and collecting lunches)
  • Photocopying
  • Ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy
  • Operating and maintaining manual and computerised information filing system
  • Office stationary stock control
  • Assisting various departments wherever necessary
  • Conform to Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, procedures and policies
  • Organising and maintaining records under their control
  • Carrying out work in accordance with training received
  • Promote continual improvement
  • To undertake any other duties as allocated
