Job Description

We require an apprentice administrator to complement the existing team. The role will require the building of relationships within the business and our customers. The position will everything one would expect in a busy office, from telephone enquiries to dealing with customers. Organisational skills are of great importance for the booking of jobs for the workshop, allocating courtesy cars to customers, booking mobile inspections and allocating vehicle recoveries.

Duties to include, but not be limited to;

  • Answering telephones & dealing efficiently with customers
  • Ensure efficient administration supports the dealership’s accounting deadlines
  • Processing of  customer excess and retail payments
  • General administration and filing
  • Checking in customers vehicles & completing administrative tasks with regard to this
  • Keeping system notes up to date
  • Providing customer updates & follow up calls
  • Driving NPS survey completion & statistics
