The Lets Talk Wellbeing service is a leading provider of IAPT psychological therapies within the Leicestershire & Rutland area.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new apprentice to join our busy administration team.

This opportunity will provide an NVQ2 in Administration whilst working within the administration team. You will learn new skills with the support of experienced colleagues.

The role entails processing patient referrals, booking/cancelling appointments, formatting and sending clinical letters, liaison internally within Nottinghamshire healthcare trust and also externally to GPS.

The role has high volume telephone work and every day is different so you will have lots of opportunity to learn.
