Field Based Brand Ambassador
Reports to: Head of Direct Sales
Location: Greater London
Hours: Monday – Friday (weekends optional)
Salary: Basic plus generous commission - £20k - £30k OTE Uncapped
This company was founded in 2010 by two friends, one a farmer and the other a food lover. They are now a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free range meat and sustainable fish. As their business is rooted in traditional British farming, their aim is to reconnect the customer with the farm and provide ethical produce which tastes fantastic.
They have recently raised over £850,000 from their recent crowdfunding campaign and now require 44 talented sales people to help them deliver 100,000 new customers in Greater London by 2021. Their goal is to become THE major online retailer for meat and fish in the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join their new field-based sales team. They are looking to focus on the smartest areas of London and take their award-winning product directly to the customer’s home. You will receive full product and sales training. They offer a good basic plus a competitive unlimited commission scheme and full support.
Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:
- Meet their customers, promote their products and continuously hit sales targets
- Ensure the level of customer service as a business is second to none.
- Maintain a professional approach and appearance when dealing with their customers.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of their products.
Skills and experience:
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relate to customers.
- Previous sales skills an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in customer service.
- Fantastic work ethic, tenacity and team player mentality.
- A good basic plus generous unlimited commission.
