Administrator - Wood Street - Communities

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for the Communities business based at Wood Street. This role will involve providing an effective and efficient management service. You will support the work of the scheduling, voids and operations teams as well as respond to queries and assist with all repairs maintenance administration. You will form part of a close knit team working towards the objective of providing a high standard service.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who has proven experience within an Administration support environment and supported customers and stakeholders as an administrative point of delivery. You will be able to communicate at all levels and utilising all measures to ensure effective communication is maintained. A keen eye for attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key to ensuring the team and business are operationally delivering.
