Job Description

Thanet Intermediate Care Team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly administrative team as a Band 2 Administrator. Although the role will predominately be data input and booking appointments, other admin duties will be required to meet the needs of the Service.

Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills, advanced IT knowledge and the ability to work in an organised, efficient manner.

An emphasis on quality customer care, dynamic team working, alongside the ability to work autonomously are essential. Referrals from a wide range of health and social care agencies will need to be processed via the Single Point of Access (SPA) and added to CIS.
You will need to answer queries from members of the public, dealing with these effectively and in a timely manner.

Previous knowledge of working within an NHS setting would be beneficial although not essential as training will be provided.

This post is for 30hrs per week
