Job Description

£8.75 per hour

We are looking to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist the Finance and Administrative team with a range of tasks.

This is a part-time position, and the post holder will work 12-16 hours per week. Flexibility as to working hours can be offered and consideration can be given to term time only working. The postholder will be required to undertake a range of duties within the Finance

Department and these will include:

Raising purchase orders using Sage

Recording supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders

Producing invoices for clients 

 Processing credit card statements and receipts

Maintaining the accounts filing systems

Using the CRM system to clarify contract details and ensure that the correct information is recorded against each client

Assisting with general accounts and finance administration as required

The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and be able to see a task through to completion.

The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues is essential

The role in essence is to support the functions and processes of the Finance Team and therefore having a finance background would be an advantage.

However, it is much more important to us that we recruit someone who is enthusiastic, willing and cares about doing a good job!
