Job Description

Department: Health and Social Care Partnership Closing Date: Friday 15th September 2017 We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised person with good communication skills, and a professional manager to provide high quality administrative support within the Children and Families Social Work Admin Team in Helensburgh. The successful candidate must have well developed IT Skills in Microsoft Office Software packages, experience in minute taking and have a flexible approach to working as an individual and as part of a team. The post holder will adhere to strict rules of client confidentiality and the safe management of information. There are two posts available for 35 hours per week on a permanent basis. To be worked Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with a one hour lunch break.
