Unitemps is acting as an Employment Business, supplying temporary workers, in relation to this vacancy.

Customer Facing Office Administrator

• Varied Reception duties in a busy front office environment.
• Responding to/assisting with customer enquiries
• Checking in & Assisting Conference Delegates/
• Assisting University Staff/Maintenance Contractors
• Answering the telephone
• Basic computer admin.

• Previous experience in a customer focused role with excellent customer skills
• Admin. experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• General computer literacy

University of Nottingham, University Park Campus, Lenton & Wortley Hall, Nottingham, NG7 2RD

Hours of work 9.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (to include 1/2 hour unpaid meal break)

This assignment is expected to last 15 days but may continue beyond this.
