Account Manager (Rail)

Position: Rail Relationship Manager
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £35k-£40k per annum

About the role: 

They currently have an opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join their thriving Sales and Business Development team based in Doncaster. 

This role will involve managing multiple client accounts, both train operating companies and rail infrastructure contractors, understanding our client requirements, maximising opportunities, problem resolution, developing relationships and providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.

About you: 

- Understand the rail industry and are actively employed in this industry at present
- Demonstrate experience working as an account manager, sales or business development but whose strengths lie within the account management piece
- Has successfully managed several client accounts simultaneously
- Flexible and prepared to travel across the UK to attend client meetings and site visits
- Strong customer focus
