An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 full time position administration post within the Emergency Department on the Northwick Park Site.

Act as the first point of contact for patients who are referred or admitted to the Emergency department. The role will require the individual to be responsible for meeting and greeting of patients.

Show ability to use their initiative, good team player. Have excellent organisational and IT skills. Good command of English both written and spoken.

Knowledge of NHS targets, secretarial experience, excellent customer service skills, professional and reliable. Knowledge of the Symphony system and ICS PAS is desirable.
The applicant must be available to work on a full time basis with flexibility when required to work cross site. Primary based on the Northwick park site with an element of cross site cover as we are an integrated organisation providing cover to NWP, Ealing and CMH trusts.

Unit Details

The successful applicants will be based within the Emergency Department on the Northwick park and may be asked at times to cover at Ealing Hospital

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
